Patsy's Place Program Director

Patsy's Place Support Staff
​Patsy’s Place Transitional Home, a program of Sharing Hope Ministry, seeks a full-time program director. Essential duties include:
  • Supervision of Patsy’s Place Transitional Home, it’s participants, and support staff
  • Maintenance of the facility and its assets
  • Gathering Patsy’s Place statistical information
  • Monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with budget constraints
  • Managing volunteer and community outreach for Patsy’s Place
  • Modeling Christ-centered principles in all facets of the program

    Required Skills or experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of nonprofit case-work or managing experience
  • Strong work ethic, with adept time management  and delegation skills
  • Must maintain high moral and ethical standards
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate projects involving deadlines
  • Must be able to work both independently and with a team
  • Must have a personal commitment to Christ
Patsy’s Place Transitional Home, a program of Sharing Hope Ministry, seeks part-time support staff members who are willing to work evening and/or weekend shifts. Essential duties include:
  • Evening, overnight, or weekend supervision of Patsy’s Place Transitional Home and it’s participants
  • Providing transportation
  • Ensuring compliance with policy and rules
  • Modeling Christ-centered principles in all facets of the program
  • Performing duties required of a transitional home

    Required Skills or experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Have a current Texas Driver’s License and a good driving record
  • Strong work ethic, compassionate and organized
  • Must maintain high moral and ethical standards
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the work environment
  • Must have a personal commitment to Christ
